I bought the Dusted album off the back of one review and the fact that I liked the picture on the cover, and I don't often do that kinda thing. It didn't dissappoint. Written by Rollo of faithless (who I'd never heard before), it also has some tracks cowritten by his sister Dido (showing the same songwriting prowess as on No Angel). And the music is amazing. This isn't one for your dance lovers - this trancends the boundaries, just as Moby has done it includes absolutely brilliant songs. I'll stop raving now, go and buy it yourself and you'll see what I mean.

I first saw Tali live when she supported Roni Size & it took me a while to get round to buying this debut, but it was well worth it. Stand-out tunes have to be Blazin which comes roaring in with crescendo of beats, where Tali exhibits the true soulfulness of her voice along with 'Airport Lounge' & Grey Days two laid back grooves, 'dont blame me' a wonderful trippy drum n bass ballad if you could call it that and a fat old tune in 'high hopes' to end the album. Note also the groovy, jazzy hidden track 'kool nites' at the end of 'grey days'. This girl is a shining star in the ascendance in Drum n Bass.

This is probably one of my favorite albums of all time, Plug combines all kinds of completely mad jazz loops with strange vocals to come up with something off the wall, exquisitely precise and on many occasions really classicly funny. I've found myself many times listening to this album, laughing out loud at the rediculous sounds which flow from the speakers, which somehow fit so well. Plug must have a great sense of humour, and as for his tunes, they're great.

This is probably one of my favorite albums of all time, Plug combines all kinds of completely mad jazz loops with strange vocals to come up with something off the wall, exquisitely precise and on many occasions really classicly funny. I've found myself many times listening to this album, laughing out loud at the rediculous sounds which flow from the speakers, which somehow fit so well. Plug must have a great sense of humour, and as for his tunes, they're great.

there is a lot of, and I mean A LOT OF truly awful Jungle and Drum & Bass cds out there, most are vomit-worthy the songs are so bad. There is only a few, genuine, quality D&B gems that are worthy of prising money out of my wallet. This is yet another which is a big fat waste of cash.

Yes the opening tracks on both cds are classics, but that does not make up for filling the rest of the album with dog poo, all the other tracks are just complete nonsense. Stupid noises, poor poor songwriting and repeatedly annoying beats. When the title track is a real classic I suppose it makes so called artists think they can stick out an album to cash in on one songs appeal.
