Natural Stress Relief is an extremely beautiful CD. It completely relaxs you and eliminates daily stress. The more you listen to it the more you simply love it.
Track 1 (Inner sea) is lovely. You hear the gentle sounds of the waves lapping up against the shores on the beach and rocks. It's accompanied by gentle, soothing and relaxing music. Each track lasts 15 minutes and each song you reach the middle of, the music and nature sounds become even more relaxing and beautiful.
The 2nd track is simply a masterpiece (Unwinding Stream). You hear nothing but gentle streams, trickles and flows of water accompanied by even more beautiful relaxing music. I would reccomend using this track to relax you a lot at night time if ... Read More:

This is one of Lee Morgan's best records. The title track bounces along and is superbly memorable. It features Wayne Shorter, Ron Carter and Herbie Hancock, three musicians who were working with Miles Davis at the time. "The Procrastinator" was recorded at the same time as Miles Davis' record "Nefertiti". Whilst I love Miles Davis' records of that time I feel that this is a more enjoyable album than "Nefertiti". Try it, I am sure that you will not regret it!
This is the classic 70s album from 'Space' who had the massive chart hit with 'Magic Fly' which was only held off the top spot by the death of Elvis and his release 'Way Down'. These were the days when B sides could be as good as the A sides, and Space realised their error when they'd placed the hauntingly melancholic 'Ballad For Space Lovers' as the flip side to this single, and consequently missed another chart topper!
The music from 'Space' is timeless and they have not released a bad album. Sounds as good on vinyl as it does on CD!

The violin had a bit of an image problem in rock music. Despite the best efforts of Darryl Way and Eddie Jobson in Curved Air, and that annoying Graham Smith fellow in Van Der Graaf, it could never quite shake off its associations with the school orchestra and the tedium of compulsory music lessons.
Jean-Luc Ponty made the instrument cool with his participation on one of the coolest rock albums made, Frank Zappa's HOT RATS of 1970. After this brief spell in the limelight, we assumed he returned to his jazz roots, inspired by Stephan Grapelli. Then suddenly in 1976, just as jazz-rock hit its maturity, radio presenters such as Alan Freeman and Derek Jewell (on Radio Three's 'Sounds Interesting') were playing tracks from a new Ponty ... Quite simply, this is THE definitive Irish Traditional Whistle album and is up there with top Irish Traditional Music albums of all time. A must have album in all Irish music lovers collections. Principally, reels and jigs are played with a mastery and fluidity, second to none. The breath work adds emphasis and musicality to tunes that readily uplift.
The only reason not to buy this album is if you cannae stomach listening to the tin whistle at all. But even then, you'd be hard pressed not to like it.
