I can't understand why people listen to this! Is it cool? Does it make you feel like a tough guy? truth is my gangsta wannabes, your not gangstaz or thugs, and neither was Tupac. He preached violence and murder so that people became afraid, which is basically being a coward.
Thank God he can't release any more trash like this. Wannabe thug shizzle. And that goes for 50 cent, snoop and all the other posers out there. They aint gangsta. Take them to live with the italian or russian mafia. Thats gangsta.

well what to say about this cd?
when i first got this cd i had only heard the song angelica before which i absolutely loved so much it made me buy the greatest hits.
when i first bought this album it took some listening to to get used to, but my god now it is one of my favourite cds, i can listen to this cd again and again. all the songs are so different in pace and melody, some songs been just in a state of pure idilic ecstacy while others have eclectic beats to rock youre socks off mostly having the very haunting vocals of the female singer, and ill tell you now her vocals are soomething else, very nice to listen to.
so without further ado get this cd!!! if you havent heard much of lamb before then this is the perfect ... Read More:
Truth be told, when I first heard this I was a little disappointed to say the least. I hadn't expected this act of hip hop rebellious anarchism at all, I expected the roots to drop a hip-hop album that sounded, well like pure hip hop - straight forward heavy beats, serious scratches, mellowed out beats etc but as I said before, I hadn't expected this madness. It did take me a while to get with the new style of beats and when I opened up my mind and broadened my horizons a bit, I thought oh ok, this is not bad and slowly, bit by bit, I began to appreciate what the roots had done. I mean the only song I initially liked was `rising down' with mos def and that `birthday girl' song was interesting in that it was different. A few ... Read More:

There's something about Alabama 3 which reminds me of Fun Lovin Criminals, the sound they are creating is not necesserily from an authentic source. The criminals played upon non existent mafia links, Alabama 3 does american dark blues, country wrapped in a technoish sandwich, they just happen to be from Brixton, London. Does that matter, not really, it's created with theatricality, humour, knowing the genre inside out, it's hard to deny that with all the records they have put out, there is no loss of outlaw fun.

it's ridiculous how much this album is slated. People seem unable to appreciate OutKast without comparing this to their old work. The fact is that they managed to combine hiphop with a range of musical styles AND IT WORKS. There's no need to give examples, cos cases can be made for all the songs. Admittedly there are songs which seem to be dwarfed by the rest, but that just shows the strength of the other songs.
people say they gave this album one listen and couldn't do it again. their loss. Speakerboxxx/Love Below takes a few listens to fully appreciate, but once you do, you won't regret it

This is really one of the best albums i have had. Prior to the release of the Cosmic Game, I spent a really long time in the UK going to record-shop after record shop asking if they had "Thievery Corporation" to be told "huh?". I'm sorry, but this is music which deserves better recognition. It's not like they are particularly obsecure/specialist. Amerimacka remains one of my favourite tracks.
Its the ambience of chill-out and great vocals on many tracks which really stand this out. If you can get this with Sounds from Thievery Hi-Fi, you can see how far these guys have developed.

The same again, really. More curvaceous lovelies getting loved-up in various comic scenarios and lots of close-ups of you know what. Does the humour dilute the potential eroticism? I think where Tinto Brass is concerned, there's no other way of doing this sort of film, and if it helps him to get his films made, so much the better.

After conquering the rap world on the 1st wu tang clan album, mef was one of the 1st wu members to go solo.Tical is hands down, 1 of the best wu solo cds i've ever heard. The concept of the album is a dark, gothic tone produced by the rza which will keep you hooked straight away! It starts with a strange little flute melody which keeps with the albums tone and then launches into the title track. Not the best track on there, but like all of de songs on this, but is pretty damn good. Track 2 biscuits,is again, not the best, but still amazing.3;Bring the pain is 1 of the standouts on this cd and is an amazing track for mef.All i need is a tribute to his girlfriend which is sensitive, but by no means soppy. What the blood clot is another awesome track, but 4 me it doesn't particularly stand ...
