Release Date September 19, 2004
The album starts with "retarded" easily the best song on the album, a blasting emo-tinged song about relationships. But after that many of the songs just don't have the same catchy hooks except for maybe "new shirt", and the album eventually trails off into indistinguishableness.

If you enjoy punk music, and don't own this, I would seriously reccomend it. From the first track, US Bomb's take on 'That's life', right through to the final 'No Company Town', there isn't a track you'll want to skip past. The record is full of energy, in your face, no holds barred punk rock, though it still retains a melodic backbone. A quintessential punk album from the 90s.

A blistering album from the godfathers of hellfire punk rock 'n' roll. Following on from the slightly cleaner production of their last album, Scared Straight, this record has the turks going back to the raw production values of earlier albums. Starting with the explosive opener "scapegoat soup", this record is just one highlight after another. Whether it be the new york dolls-esque pop punk of "veronica lake", the western tinged "bolans crash" or the just plain brilliant "raw law", this is an album that consistently hits the right notes. A must have album for any open minded punk fans or any fans of good time rock 'n' roll.

As with the rest of strung-out's (huge) discography, this album takes a couple of listens through to get the full beauty but man is it worth it. They've definately outdone themselves this time with their own style of technical punk/hardcore with intelligent lyrics, genius-like composition and rockin' riffs plus loads of harmonies and hidden harmonics. If you like bands like thrice, boy sets fire.. etc then this album is for YOU! Some of the heavier stand-out tracks include Katatonia, Lucifermotorcade and Her Name in Blood which are all awesome but my favourite tracks are Swan Dive, Analog and No Voice of Mine. Exile in Oblivion offers a unique sound that I cant seem to put down.

Dropkick Murphy fans have always been a very special group of people. At a live performance you don't only experience a unique atmosphere but have feelings pride run through your body, pride at being present at this gathering of friends that is a Dropkick Murphys show. NO song sums up the band better than boys at the docks, every fan knows every word to this song and the sound of the opening bars brings a smile to your face and a shiver down the spine. And this is the EP dedicated to that song. Despite this do not under estimate the other five songs on this EP. Perticular note should be taken 'streets of Boston' and 'Eurotrash'. A word of warning however should be added, this band is a rough and ready organisation and is not for the emo-loving pop ... Read More:

15 tracks in 31 minutes - not as frantic as Dirty Sanchez, but a fast ride all the same - the new Zeke release disappoints on only one level - originality. To these ears, the sound evokes 70's Motorhead, albeit mostly at faster pace. You can imagine Lemmy singing any of these songs, and on some, such as Dragonfly, the resemblance is just too uncanny. Not that there's anything wrong with 70's Motorhead, you understand . . .
That apart, there isn't a duff track on the album. There are a couple of slower paced numbers - Dolphenwulf, Dragonfly, Ever Onward, but the rest go like the proverbial locomotive. Headbangers may need a physiotherapist after this one, but it's worth it.
