This ablum has the best song they have done that sounds like old the 'refused' although in a creative fun way just like the last refused album.

That song is 'smash it up!' its excellent and is their best song so far up to the armed love album. trust me you will be singing it with ya mates!

survival sickness, imposter costume, the reproduction of death are other highlights on this album.

check out 'a new morning, changing weather' album, as thats the second best serious song with the same name and it has 'up for sale' which I rank as the third best.

get both albums the other songs featuring will grow on you.

The Donnas, along with the very different Mercury Rev, are quite simply the best band to come from across the Atlantic in recent years. They aren't fussed about image to the extent that their tunes are non-existent (hello Strokes! hello Yeah Yeah Yeahs!). They don't engage in tedious blues jams to try and sound more (ugh!) "authentic" (hello White Stripes!) and they'd almost certainly never dream of writing terrible ultra-pretentious drivel about pink robots (hello Flaming Lips!) Instead, they simply plug in, thrash out fourteen "so dumb they're clever" tunes each with three chords and a hook which will stick in your brain for days. In my opinion, the best SW album they've made. It doesnt have the production values of later releases, but who needs them with such great songs and lyrics! Some favourites are Dingbat, I Hate Led Zeppelin, Stupid Over You and My Right. A seminal release in the history of SW, i'd recommend to everyone who likes punk/hardcore/pop-punk!!!!!
