Let the Sunshine In to start with this is such a cheap way of doing a cd, its in a bit of old card with what looks like a leaflet on how to put up a set of draws, very bad and looks very very cheap, but the music is the main thing, if you can read the back cover (its so small) you will find some of the girls best work, with so many great tunes to chose from its hard to say what stands out' so the one i think that i find so great is LET THE MUSIC PLAY, you can hear why the girls are so supreme, all the tracks are so good so apart from a very cheap cover and a naff book-let do get this fab cd and just listen to some great singing and stunning songs. enjoy..

By the time these albums were recorded, Martha and the Vandellas were no longer the attraction they had been in the sixties, but the albums are still worth a listen by committed Motown fans.

The first album, Natural resources, was released in 1970. Only one single was released in America (I should be proud, which failed to chart) and no single was released in Britain. I should be proud is an anti-Vietnam song, which Martha delivers with real feeling. There are some covers here, including Something (Beatles), Put a little love in your heart (Jackie De Shannon) and Everybody’s talking (Harry Nilsson), but most of the songs are original, though none are as impressive as I should be proud.
