This said it is relatively subdued in comparison to the primal roar of releases such as Venereology and Pulse Demon. 'Music for Bondage Performance 2' represents a meeting point halfway between these two extremes of merzbow's work, check track 8 where a crunched, pan-sonic style beat gets sped up to car crash levels only to be subsumed by a gorgeous piano melody towards the end.
