This is it...what it's all about..
The best aggressive thrash album ever- yes I know that Slayer Reign in Blood is regarded as the best thrash album - the best tracks (by far?) of the genre are on that, Raining Blood, Angel of Death and Piece by Piece..But Sepultura are just true aggression in these earlier days. Schizophrenia, even morbid Visions were good- hell I've even got Bestial Devastation on vinyl- from Brazil !, but Beneath the Remains is awesome- especially because the production is so heavy. Where other fast metal albums are marred on CD (listen to Flotsam & Jetsam No Place For disgrace for an example) this album sounds great.
I defy anyone to resist banging their head to the title track. All the tracks are good, although ... Read More:

This is a single of, by far, the best track on the album "Roots". It's extremely heavy and if you are a metal fan you should own this, if not buy it now!!! (You'd be insane not to!). The music, although heavy-metal, has a hint of Sepultura's Southern American roots which mixes very well with the heaviness of the guitars and the bass of the song. The lyrics are very political and come across very strong with Max Cavalera's harsh shouting. To put it bluntly, you must own this CD now!

This album was my first Kid Rock purchase, in fact it was the first time I had listened to him. The reason I bought it was he got a mention on the song 'Son of the South' by David Allen Coe. I am a huge fan of southern rock and country rock.
To my delight the first track on the album is a rocked up version of this song titled 'Son of Detroit'!
The content is a mix of rock and rap. The cover warns of explicit lyrics and means it. Fans of Madonna and Brittney may not be too impressed, although few of them will be reading this review.
I enjoyed this whole album, but 2 other songs made it for me. 'Motherf***er Quite Like Me' is semi-autobiographical. He takes a verse from Skynyrd's 'Free Bird' and sings it beautifully, then ... Read More:

It's OK. That could be my review. It's basically LD 50 with all elements of danger and aggression removed. I could go so far to say that it's boring. Some songs are good, 'Fear' being one, but then songs like 'IDIOT' are just dull. In the same way te two remixes - 'Future Evolution' and 'Everything And Nothing' - are dull, boring, trancey dancy run of the mill remixes. And what is the point of 'LD50'? The tracks on the proper album are bad enough at 1 or 2 minutes each, but 17 minutes of it? Just plain boring.
So overall, some songs are OK and show promise and signs of the better things ahead, but overall it's only worth getting if you are a big fan or it is cheap.

THis was Kid Rock's first album, and it is really something different, the songs on it are definately not Rock, they're rap. It has some funky tunes with some really explicit lyrics, it shows how Kid Rock's music has changed over many years. Buy it if you really like Kid Rock.

This has the be ICP's best album to date. With the haunting intro leading into the freaky "Jake Jeckel". Then the funk of "Bring it". This album has everything. Something to make you roll on the floor from laughter from "Mad Professor". Some to make you have a second opinion on women in "B*tches", A track to turn you clinicly insane "Play With Me", to the love songs "Another Love song" all though not like you think. This album is great, and for all ICP fans this wont let you down. And has some great rappers featuring on the album. Snoop Doggy Dog and Twizted are just some of them. This album is DA BOMB. And ICP blew it up.
