I was really disappointed with this, mainly due to the fact that Chris Brann (Wamde Kids, Wamdue Project) is such a talented producer. But this album is so pedestrian. There is nothing on it to which you can say, 'that's very good' or 'that's innovative or different'. He just hasn't excelled himself on it. Any techno/deep house producer could knock out similar songs of a relative standard in no time.

It's not that it's a bad album, it's just that I expected more of him.

What can I say, this christmas album is truely the best classical christmas album. Anyone that is into christmas music, especially choral and orchestral, must get this to have in their collection .. It is an absolute must!.. Why you may ask am I so enthusiastic about this record..well I'll tell you, the arrangements are really excellent and different too.. the chorus and orchestra are just fantastic...I've heard lots of different choirs aand orchestras doing christmas carols but nothing is like this.The absolute highlight on this recording is track 2 called " still the night" it's their version of "silent night".
