Another comp suitable for Halloween that's nearly the equal to Monster Hop. Dang, but don't our German friends at Boffalo Bop know their stuff and I think it's fair to say you won't find any of this elsewhere. As usual the digital mastering is straight from the original 45s so expect to hear the occasional hiss and scratch. The mix of doo wop, rockabilly & r'n'roll keeps this comp from sounding samey - something that often hinders R 'n' R compilations. Once again the sleeve notes are zilch but you do get some pictures. A word of warning, this comp draws heavily on the novelty genre, so hard ass rockabillies searching for music to rumble to may be a tad disappointed with tracks like Igor's Party or At The House Of Frankenstein.
