the original full length tracks. only 26 tracks though from the 100+ used in brainfreeze. but it seems to be a pick of the best ones Featuring Giorgio Tears as used at the end of the second track and sampled in Organ Donor by Shadow Him self. a worthy addition to any beatheads collection.

If you like your two turntables to come with a microphone, this may not be for you. However if you're looking to expand your music collection as well as your taste look no further.
This CD features DJ/producer's from all over the world, from New York to Norway and Southampton to Cincinnati. The geography is not nearly as wide ranging as the productions on display though. The warp speed scratch of Amsterdam's DJ Jeff is breathtaking. James Brown and Herman Kelly are reconstructed to great effect by Radar & Z-Trip on private parts. Even the avent garde gets a look in with Kid Koala providing one of the more challenging moments.
Anyone who loved Doug Pray's film Scratch, will find much here to amaze and delight, it's ... Read More:

I wholeheartedly agree with the 4-star review, but I'd personally give it that extra star. It's a brilliant album. The diverse styles of the artists is pretty representative of the world that is hip-hop, albeit from a few years ago, as of late, and the album gives you a total of 18 tracks for your money! That's way more than most albums, so I'm pretty stoked about that alone!
The first track which always gets my head going is 'Bugging out' by the Space Travlers. The bass line in that will blow you away.
People Under The Stairs are always amazing, then the Dj Revolution track 'Hard Rock' will further heighten your euphoria.
With Djs Craze, Cash Money, Planet Asia, T-rock, Faust and Infamous all making appearances, this is a great collection. ... Read More:

Hmmmm, firstly was expecting much more of this, as Entroducing is superb, and this is nothing like it. Very bland unfortunately. Bizarrely it seems to be very influenced by early police and depeche mode. its easy to imagine andy summers playing guitar, then moving swiftly to Depeche Mode instrumentals. The samples also seem like an afterthought tacked on with no real relevance.

Written especially for the excellent documentary film of the same title (highly recommended, also) the two versions of 'Dark Days' on this cd are amongst Shadow's best tracks, in my opinion. This single was released in 2000 but the film didn't find it's way into UK cinemas until 2002 - even though it was filmed back in the mid-1990s.
Although he has been asked to do many soundtracks over the years, 'Dark Days' was the only one Shadow felt strongly enough about to not only consent to his music being attached to (almost the whole 'Endtroducing' album was used in the film), but also to go as far as writing a brand new track especially for it.
Style-wise, the instrumental, at least, is closer to what you hear on 'Private Press' than 'Endtroducing': ... Read More:
