Ever since i was introduced to Classical music by my father at home and in music class at school i have appreciated the classics ability to soothe the mind, to be able to sink back and allow the mind to be massaged through the ears so as to be able to forget much of what troubles us, and Radio FM have again provided me with a beautiful continuity of music on these CDs to do just that. Gone is the need to turn the LP and for most of us we have the ability to place all the CDs in to a system and listen for hours on end, and with this set gone also is the need to skip tracks, each seems to flow naturally from the previous and merge nicely into the next, while the composers can take pride in their music, Radio FM can be proud of their management ... If you're looking for any CD's with movie music, this would be my first, and only, stop. There's something for everyone, and although stuff like the Indiana Jones theme is missing, and the opera CD (Disc 5) is a little week, the likes of "Ride of the Valkiryies" and "Ode to Joy" is just timeles, and best of all, immortalised by the films they're featured in, the compliment of all compliments to these films. It's very cheap to, I would highly recommend this.

If you're looking for any CD's with movie music, this would be my first, and only, stop. this cd will make you sit back and really listen. the content is of the highest quality in selected choice. beautiful piano pieces in the highest of recorded quality. classics like The Music of the Night (Phantom Of The Opera) - Andrew Lloyd Webber
will have you whistling along, while others will bring tears to your eyes. well worth the money, cant wait for the next compilation (though i doubt that they could find many better tracks that this one). :)
