To be honest I own and have listened to the majority of the 'Godskitchen' mixes and WITHOUT DOUBT this is the best CD to purchase. Stuck for choice? You won't be dissapointed with this item-a true reflection on what dance music is-phenominal.

Another Ministry cop-out, except this time they've made the grave mistake making 'The Rush' look un-suprisingly similar to 'The Ride', released merely months before. The difference? One's got a red Ferrari and is titled Rush, the other has a yellow Lamborghini and is title Ride. The tracklisting needs no mention, for half the tracks are the usual new over-played releases, while the rest are over-played past releases. Do your self a favour and buy a quality album...

OK. A host of classics re spun and rearranged into 3 CD's. Nothing really new here but ok to play at home pre party. I'm sure it will sell well but just another commercial album. The new club scene will probably go for this one but not cutting edge enough for me.

Be honest, where else would you find underrated classics Heart of Asia and When The Rush Comes on one CD? Answer: this fantastic release from Positiva. Positiva being majorly responsible for seeking out some of the best house music that Europe has to offer and never compromising on diversity or originality (Ministry of Sound, take note). I'm not really a hard house or techno lover yet Barthezz' On The Move is a simply stunning example of both styles whilst uniquely bridging any gap between hard house and commercial house anthem. The classics come thick and fast, expertly placed so you never lose interest and they even throw a few cheeky remixes in. The best thing about this compilation is that even the ones that you don't know are surprise bangers and ... Read More:

I have spent ages, not to mention a great deal of money, getting my hands on the PVD E-werk club mix of For An Angel, Aphrodite, Strange World (2000 remake), Xpander, etc etc. Why oh why did they wait until now to release this collection? It's a conspiracy I tell you. But you know I had to buy it, and so should you. This is the finest trance collection around (my own excepted). Please try not to be put off by the fact that these tracks are un-mixed - deep down you know that a really good mix is the exception these days.

Acknowledging all the other reviews that reinforce the point of this being a classic revisit of some of the last 10 years' biggest tunes, I really want to outline that Ministry of Sound ownership also represents possibly the biggest thorn in Euphoria's side.
If we take a look at the first Euphoria albums, we can see some real honesty and new ground there. Seldom-heard-of-on-mix-compilations talent like PF Project, Matt Darey, Agnelli&Nelson and Jay Burnett, these guys were given a task to put together an album that said what they wanted to say. The Euphoria album cover would proudly proclaim who had mixed it (and even how - some albums were "digitally mixed" i.e. on a computer rather than by all-hands-on-decks) and each album had a personality ... Release Date July 10, 2007
The main negative side to this and pretty much every other MOS compilation is that 99% of the tracks have been used before. I completely agree that this is unfair and that they don't really deserve the money they make from them. However, If you forget this is a MOS CD and judge it for the music inside, this is a damn good set of CDs.
If you do not already have a "best of trance" compilation CD and you're into the genre, i strongly advise that you get this CD. The originality of track selection may be poor but when you hear all the sublime tracks like Sandstorm, Resurrection and Born Slippy perfectly mixed together, you won't regret the purchase.
