I first heard Gabriella Cilmi when i saw her supporting the Sugababes live and afterwards i went straight out and bought the album and it was excellent. I also saw her on her own tour and she was amazing again. She's a great new talent and deserves to become very very successful especially when you see some of these over-rated singers like Amy (attention seeker) Winehouse and Leona "Yes i can sing but my songs are so dull" Lewis doing well. I bought this special edition even though i already had the original version for the new songs including her cover of Cry Me A River which is better than the original. It's a pity Save The Lies didn't do as well as Sweet About Me when released as a single as i thought it was a classic but this album is ... Read More:

Buying this album certainly brought some brightness into my life. Many of the tracks being lively, dance-themed tunes- yet still retaining that classic Lightning Seeds music. Some of the later songs are involving and very meaningful. Of course, everyone suspects the hidden meaning behind Crowdpleaser...

All in all, more great music from the Seeds.

The last Lightning Seeds album. You can hear a lot of experimentationhere, but it rarely pays off (City Bright Stars being an exception). Thereare one or two more traditional sounding tracks, but as good as they are,they just don't seem to have the same sort of appeal as the the'Jolification' or 'Dizzy Heights' singles. Any Lightning Seeds fan willprobably want this to complete the collection, and annoyingly, 'The Bestof' album was released before this, so contains none of the songs offhere, so maybe it is just about worth buying. However, anyone wanting toget into the Lightning Seeds may be better off with 'The Best of', or'Jolification'.
