Its soundtracks like this one that show just how scores should be written. The rock-music soundtracks of other films pale in comparison to the orchestra thundering of this excellent film. Here there is a fantastic main theme that recurs in many tracks, as well as an emotional 'sarge's theme' that harks to classic theme scores like Star Wars and Indiana Jones, when music wasn't just songs by completely unrelated artists. Mark Thomas has great potential and i hope to hear more of his music in the future.

Its soundtracks like this one that show just how scores should be written. The rock-music soundtracks of other films pale in comparison to the orchestra thundering of this excellent film. I bought this and I am about to order it again for someone else. This is a great compilation and has something for every mood. I am not an expert, but I know when I like something, and I like this very much. Have played it over and over again - straight through - random - and a selection. Always enjoyed music. This makes you appreciate music, talent, and life!

Strongly recommended.
