I have been a fan of this lady since the beginning, and yes I am very biased towards her and her music.

But in my humble opinion I dont think she has ever made a bad record and that is some achivment in this day and age, the greatest female voice backed up by the one and only Pips.

If you only have one record in your collection make it this one..........

Search: Come Back And Finish What You Started
by: Linda Lewis

Release Date February 07, 2005
Several Linda compilations have been released over the years highlighting her remarkable vocal abilities, but this compilation differs in that it includes the complete Hacienda View album, produced by Mike Batt in 1979. That album has never been released on its own on CD, but it does reveal to the listener that Ms. Lewis can thrill when she sings at a lower register, just as she can when she hits those amazing high notes. Search: Come Back And Finish What You Started
by: Gladys Knight

Release Date August 11, 2003
While Gladys recorded some excellent music for various other record labels, particularly for Motown, she will be best remembered for her music of the mid-seventies with Buddha. This British budget compilation is drawn exclusively from the Buddha vaults.

The chart history of the group is confusing, not least because some records charted in America but not Britain when originally released, but charted in Britain when reissued. However, all the big hits in both countries are included here.

Midnight train to Georgia, I've got to use me imagination, Best thing that ever happened to me, Baby don't change your mind and the medley Try to remember / The way we were - each and every one of these are classics. Other great songs include ... Read More:
