An excellent album with exceptionally good tracks in a fabulous order. Lots of Ferry Corsten in his different guises. 10 out of 10!

I listen to all kinds of music, so when it comes to buying a compilation that I really like (for all or most of the songs) I find it quite difficult. In the past I've bought compilations like 'Big Hits 51' and 'Top of the Pops' to try and get an all round good mix, and I've been a bit dissappointed- but let me just say that this is one cd compilation you should definitely consider investing in. It has a perfect mix of everything from Nicole & Robbie's smooth 'Somethin' Stupid', to great R'n'B tracks by Aaliyah & Beverley Knight, to fun, cheesy pop songs like Emma Bunton's 'Take my breath away' & Blue's 'If you come back'(both of which are very good.) For slow songs, Kate Winslett's sweet 'what If' is thrown in . But for ... Read More:

Now seriously, Mr Pearce - what were you thinking???!!! starting a compilation is a complicated affair, one that takes more thought than throwing in such commercial criminals as Elvis vs JXL, Love Inc and Dj Sammy. The listener is taken back a few years to the 'real ibiza' of 1998 with the truly anthemic cafe del mar, followed by one of Maxi Jazz' finest hours - insomnia. track 7-10 on cd1, seem to be almost filler tracks, although enjoyable tunes nonetheless. the first cd really takes off around track 11, IIO, Delerium, PPK, Da Hool, Darude provide the real bangers on this compilation, before things are taken a little darker by paul masterson and the warp brothers. cd 2 holds afew more classics by Chicane, Robert Miles, Kira, Push, Lange ... Quite an average album, despite pleased reviews. The majority is commercial, while the rest makes up space. Of course, MoS had to include the pointless alligator tune - its on every album from this year for some reason...
Cd1 has house, with Point of view being my fave tune and a nice way to start the album. There are some good songs here, but the mixing is average, done by some unknown asian fella (see inside cover).
Cd2 is a bit better - alot more character and smoother tunes, but let down by cramming in too many songs that just arent good enough - a problem with ministry these days. Will I is probably the best tune here, and the instrumental version of Temple of dreams is quite good. Overall though, its got a smooth and real fresh, spring ... Read More:

From it's roots as a birthday party in a club's backroom to filling the Brixton Academy, Frantic has established itself as the premier hard house and trance or dance promotion in the south of England. Frantic has made and consolidated the reputations of many DJs from the UK and from around the world, in particular the two featured on this compilation, Andy Farley and Phil Reynolds.
The two mixes reflect the split that is currently evident in "hard dance". Andy Farley tending to the "tech-ier" direction while Phil Reynolds continues to champion the more and more fashionable hard trance direction.
Great mixing and good tune selection, like the first compilation, are a feature. However unlike the first compilation, ... Read More:

BMG have gone in for the kill this time - releasing this compilation on the same day as their rivals' "Now 51" so they try to go one better if the title is anything to go by. However on the whole it still pales in comparison with the Now series. Although "Now 51" is below par compared to its recent predecessors, "Hits 52" still has a long way to go to match the all-conquering Now. In its favour it has Will Young's "Evergreen", along with recent personal favourites by Steve Balsamo, Alcazar and Jamiroquai, however it shares several titles with "Now 51" and at the end of the day it looks as if the rival collection wins out again. Oh and another thing - why the Spanish version and not the English version of Shakira's hit?
Release Date March 04, 2002
Very good compilation CD at first, but eventually you will get bored with this mix of songs released weeks ago. There are a few songs that I have never even heard of before. As with all of the Now CD's, it has a mix of music that is guaranteed to meet anyone's taste, but most of them I rarely listen to. If your taste is dance, then I recommend this CD, but many dance fans will most likely already have these CD's.

only one word can describe this album lovin it, it combines some classic house tunes with some modern just released tunes, and the great vocals of sonique herself . the first cd lacks the tunes of the second but makes up with one tune cafe del mar by energy 52 which soniques vocals have been placed into it sounds great

Those of you that listen to Dave Pearce on radio 1 on Sunday nights would love this album. It is all the best music from his radio show from over the years, on one album.
I pre-ordered this album and waited in anticipation and was not disappointed when I heard it for the first time. It has been played non-stop in my car and on my i-pod for 2 days solid since its arrival.
In my view, the best of the three CD's is disc 2, very closely followed by the other two, but, that is just my view.
