. Useless in BedSearch: Exchange by: Various Artists Release Date February 10, 2003 I bought this CD because I'm a huge fan of the Monsoon Bassoon and wanted a released copy of their track, Stag. I enjoyed every track on this album and would highly recommend listening to the Miss Helsinki, Monsoon Bassoon, Guapo and Stars in Battledress tracks. Gaseous Exchange at the Alveoli is pretty awesome too. Hell, they're all great and I'm rubbish at writing these things but if you like experimental music, rock and complicated melodies then this is for you. Fans of Cardiacs and Salty the Pocketknife have to get this. Fans of Abba probably shouldn't. |

This album is fantastic, the beats are varied and melodic, the lyrical content can be both venemous and conscioius all at the same time. Some of the standout tracks are "raw life", "be alright" and "All that you are" If you are looking for something which slightly different but not to abstract then this is a great choice. I've had problems finding inspiration among the 50's and the Lil' Johns. If you love hip hop then sit back, and let this album bring the genres former glory back to make your head nod. |
