Innovation The Album Mixed By Shy FXSearch: Ghost Town by: Various Artists Release Date June 30, 2008 cd3 is fantatsic old school drum and bass at its best with particular favorites including, Remac and Lewi - Ricky and Dj SS - Black. but cd1 and 2 do kind of let the whole thing down a bit cd2 is better than cd1 apart from Commix - Talk To Frank and Dj Hazard - Machete cd1 is rubbish, whereas on cd2 there are soem stunnig mixes and songs such as Jonny L - Oh Yeah and jonny L's amazing tune Harry. But and this really annoys me when the cd track listing is wrong on the cd J magik and Wickerman's - Crazy world is listed but not on there instead replaced by the annoying 3rd degree burn by friction remix??? but apart from that it is a solid listening and good fun. |

This album has everything a good rock album should have - catchy lyrics, heavy guitars and kick ass. Controversy Loves Company opens with "Dance Halls Turn To Ghost Towns", a song compiled with cheeky tounge-in-cheek lyrics and cleverly crafted music that get drummed into your head instantly. "Approach The Bench" was the song that initially got me hooked onto The Auditon, after seeing it recommended in Kerrang mag. It just knocks you off your feet, probably the best song on the album. "La Rivaltia" is a song that most teenagers can relate to, constantly being labelled as outsiders to society.
