Perhaps not strictly a Davy Spillane album this but titled 'The BMC Band with special guest Davy Spillane. Throughout this album Spillane plays either Low Whistle or Uilleann Pipes on most of the 13 tracks giving a good mix of Celtic, Blues and Rock. The first playing of the album had me hooked and looking for more BMC Band. (Check out www.barrymccabe.com for more BMC info). The album went straight onto my iPod and is played over and over again, particularly One Of These Days and the title track, The Peace Within. Fantastic foot stomping stuff. If you're into Spillanes music and Blues then get this into your CD collection! S.

Purchased this album and as usuall I buy everything they've done since i got into them around the hysteria time, got the deluxe edition expecting all the goodies, but when i got home, opened it wheres song no 12 (Love -acoustic). There is no tracklisting on back of cover on deluxe edition, now i will have to wait till itunes have it for download which last time i checked they hadn't. Its on the cheap version.

Judgement Days: Parental Advisory

It seems a lot of critics took a dislike to this album. Although it is not as good as "A Little Deeper", it is still an album worthy of a listening. Ms Dynamite is nothing if not brutally raw and honest. This, for me, is a great part of her appeal. "Daddy" on Judgement Days pulls at my heart as much as "Brother" from A Little Deeper - although for totally different reasons.

I totally disagree with J Forbes' review. I share Forbes' sadness at the state of today's music, but I think that Forbes has totally missed the point of this album. It may well reflect on the darker parts of our society, but it never glamorises or endorses them. If you want happy music, there are other genres that will give you that.

This is absolutely best mucic what Andy Mccoy has made after break up of Hanoi Rocks (1980-1985, one of the greatest bands in the world. Was role model band for Guns´n Roses, Manic Street Preachers...).

Great guitar solos and compositions in this album. Some people may think Andy is not the best vocalist. Maybe. But at least there is right feeling! And his beatiful girlfriend sings also here.

There is 14 songs in this album. Maybe only two or three of them are not so good. Others are great or ultimate great. That kind of level is very rare. Just buy it!
