 Rating:  - The best Clubland in years!!I've been an avid fan on the Clubland franchise since the beginning and I'm pleased to say they are back in-tune (I couldn't resist that!) with Clubland 13. There is a mixture of hard-style, fast-paced, dance floor stormers (Darren Styles, Hypasonic too name a few) all the way across the board to melodic, 135bpm soul-soothers (Chicane vs Natasha Bedingfield). Also making they're annual appearance are the dozens of remixes that, rather surprisingly, don't hinder the album at all. Some of them are just brilliant and are guaranteed to get you up and boogieing like it's 1999. This is a turn-it-up-and-annoy-the-neighbours album! Rating:  - Can do betterO.k. CD but not even close to the standards we've come to expect of the previous 12 clublands. Rating: - Another winner from Clubland!!!!!I have been looking forward to the release of this cd and it doesnt disappoint!!! Theres the odd rubbish track but then i have come to expect that from compilation cds!!! The track listing on here is wrong, there are only 42 tracks on 2 cds-not sure where the listing above has come from!!! This is a definite must have for the summer-its certainly coming with me on holiday this year!! Rating:  - Pretty DecentI enjoyed most of the tracks, personally. It's absolute rubbish, it's just a mish mash of awful remixes and even worse original songs. Most of it isn't even 'club' music. Some of the older volumes of Clubland are good, but this latest release is such a disappointment. I listened to it at a friends, so glad I didn't buy it..... Ended up skipping through the entire CD's contents within 5 minutes! |
