We went to see Journey South at the Spa Centre in Leamington Spa this week and they were fantastic. It was just tragic that they were playing to a half empty theatre - they deserved a full house. We bought their CD after watching them perform and it's brilliant. I love all the tracks and it's the best CD I've bought for a while. Well done boys and a great live performance. If you get the chance to see them you should go - you won't be disappointed.

We went to see Journey South at the Spa Centre in Leamington Spa this week and they were fantastic. It was just tragic that they were playing to a half empty theatre - they deserved a full house. The Plus Ones are Joel Reader (formally of The Mr. T Experience) on bass and lead vocals, Luis Illades of Pansy Division on drums, as well as two guitarist/vocalists Scott Hay and John Speranza. This is the band's first full length album, and has a suitably more mature sound than their two previous EPs 'On The List' & 'Going Dutch'.

The ability for three part vocals brings an album of harmonised choruses alongside witty and insightful lyrics about love, life and laundry.
