Shannon's Debut That's What I'm Talking About was a strong one and this had a lot to live up to. This doesn't see Shannon do anything drastic ... it's really more of the same, just what I personally had hoped for. He carved out a comfort zone for himself with his debut and he continues to explore it here. Soft rock anthems about love are the order of the day here. It's mature pop, radio friendly stuff really. Shannon didn't sell out and look for hip producers to create pop hits for him. He followed his heart and his love for organic instrument-led music and good on him. This is a great album, each tune is catchy and you'll be singing it for days. There are some great lines in the lyrics.

Towards the end, it starts to draw away from the comical ska and goes more quiet and not as upbeat. Shame. Still, lots of great tracks and the album is rythmically excellent. Well worth its price!
