Eventually I found out after a lot of searching, that, these tracks were from Shane Capone's "Flood These Streetz" album, so I managed to get a copy of the album from amazon.com It was a very worthwhile purchase, and I recommend it to anyone who likes Detroit rap, or underground rap in general.
