Its variation contributes to this factor because it never gets boring or stays to one sub genre. It features the best of music from America, Australia and Britain! You WON'T regret buying this. I got it for years ago and I still enjoy listening to this! The first disc is arguably slightly better than the second disc. Punk, Pop, R'n'B - it's all in here!

the music is really sexy and has got really good rhythms.to get you bump and grinding and to sexy yourself up!!.this is a good workout if done properley and not to be laughed at because of the nature of what this fitness dvd is about!! ok girls,so how many of us have got poles?mmmmm yes with this we have to imagine.lots of imagination!!!my hubby walked in whilst this was on and he actually stayed in the room,normally he goes out to run with the dog if im excercising in home.he says that all men should have their girls doing this for them after a few glasses of wine!! so worked for him!!this dvd can be done with a group of girlies too for abit of fun or to be serious.come on girls-go purchase or you will miss out!!!

I think that this is actually quite a good mixture of music. Its hard to keep everyone happy, but as far as compilations go this one is very well put together! ok there are one or two unfortunate tracks,but the rest is definatly acceptable!
