The early years is a great collection of songs taken from Eddie's early days in the recording studio. They are definitely not his best songs or any of his well known songs; they are tunes that were stepping stones to his best hits some years later. Do not expect all of these tracks to feature Eddie's vocals. I was expecting Eddie to front all tracks but instead he is behind the scenes on guitar and is a guest on some tracks.
