after listening to the second volume, which was and i fink still is one of the best albums available, this is a shocking dissapointment, they have a gd track then mess it up with a crap track all the way thro, it feels like theres no rythm to really get into, i think exactly the same wiith volume 4, i kno its not this one but there both really really bad, im glad i borrowed volume 4, if you want proper hardcore go for anything from bonkers 4(the best hardcore album around in my eyes)to bonkers 15! or maybe hardcore heaven 1 -3 not as good as bonkers but still brilliant!

Try again, mate.
It is a fine record, though. You got that right.
They're nice boys. We opened for them once and promptly retired. Why continue when they did it?

I first got to hear this band at Glastonbury in 2005. I'd heard a couple of their tracks prior to this, which was enough for me to make the effort and go to see them. I was not disappointed.
I've now had this album for about 6 months, and it's grown in my estimations from merely "good" to "absolutely stunning". Vocally, there are threads of Damon Albarn and Morrissey running through this record, but the band still manage to pull of an album that remains uniquely their own. There is a distinctly chilled out but dark feel to the album: think of Blur's "13", throw in some Portishead and shake with a little bit of Goldfrapp's "Felt mountain", and you'll be getting closer. If you're after a track to give ... Read More:

This album contains 8 tracks, some of which are from the past, some are new, and some are from their masterpiece No Cities Left. All of the songs are excellent, but Lightburn sounds a bit drunk throughout. Definitely worth buying if you loved No Cities Left though. The high point for me is the 22 minute version of Pinned Together, Falling Apart or perhaps 22: The Death Of All The Romance.
