talking book this is a classic soul album i love it and play it quite regually its cool it features two known songs you are the sunshine of my life,superstition and lots of other good songs which aint recoginised so much radios have a habit of playing 2 or 3 songs by one artist all radio stations are guilty of it eg queen bohemian rhapsody,youre my best friend,dont stop me now and sometimes we will rock you but theres plenty of other fab songs by queen eg innuendo,these are the days of our lives,somebody to love and more i like a winters tale too off the made in heaven album fab!! but they do this with any artist play certain songs thats why i get bored by radio stations rather go and put my own cds on!! if i listen too radio its radio2 mark ... An amazing album from Rufus & Chaka Khan yet again! What I call a great FUNK album. Has the stellar cut 'Sweet Thing',as well as songs like 'Fool's Paradise', 'Circles' & 'Ooh I like your Loving'. For anyone who's a fan of funk & fans of Rufus & Chaka Khan should really get this album. Its Really Worth It! Buy It!

This was Stevie's biggest selling album - peaking at number two in the album chart back in 1981, and opens with a great track that is lively, and melts beautifully into the lovely hypnotic disco/ballad: 'All I Do'.

Four massive hits on this; four top twenty singles - including no less than three top 3's! One of these having the very 'unoriginal' title of several hits out at about that time for some reason: 'Happy Birthday'. There's also a beautifully haunting song on this called 'Rocket Love', but this album will be remembered best for producing more chart hits for Stevie than any other in his career.

Feel/Addiction

Two brilliant albums, Feel from 1995 and Addiction from 1996.
Its hard to know where to start, there is just so much awesome material on these ablums. Feel is just so dam good Funky rocky melodic, the groove is just incredible, there is such a diverse variety of styles here. All the tracks are great but of special mention is COFFEE & VANILLA, SPEAK YOUR MIND and TALKIN TO MESSIAH.
Addiction goes of in a different vein, heavy rock of a more modern style with a number called TALK ABOUT IT which must have been released as a single somewhere. DOWN is my favorite such a quirky melodic rock guitar riff, I DONT WANT TO LIVE THAT WAY AGAIN the power and the emotion from this number is off the scale, sounds like Glenn put his heart and soul into this track in particular.

Feel

This is one of the better albums I have heard from a very underrated bass player and vocalist who has emerged, very much so, alive and kicking from the shadow of Deep Purple. Although, at times, very much, in the spirit of his former band; he has simply taken what he was doing with them one stage further.
