Dont get me wrong this albums not bad but i feel cream spring 2002 was better because its selection of tracks were better i feel. But theres lots of classics like flawless,iam so crazy and romeo etc. Cd2 the best i think more trancy with good songs like hide u,meet her at the love parade and sububan train. Buy this if you can it in a sale like i did its not the greatest.

Overall, the songs on this album are good indicators of how underrated Numan is as a songwriter. It may well be the case that a number of these versions surpass the originals in terms of production, but this is more symptomatic of Numan's obsessive need to control every stage of his recording career (i.e. refusing, on the whole, to allow others to produce his work) than a criticism of his songwriting ability. The best tracks show that with the added influence of a more objective presence in the recording studio, Numan could easily have been hailed as a genuine innovator and pop genius, instead of being set up as a figure of fun by the media. I saw this cd and new i NEEDED IT NOW! With artists such as Usher and Monica it was going to be a win win situation...or so i thought. Some of the garage mixes are more like cheesy house mixes, but it wins the extra star with smooth remixes from the likes of Aretha Franklin and Angie Stone. The Another Level mix is a nice suprise also. It is not the best garage/RnB album, but it is not the worst either.
