 Rating:  - All Hype and No Substance!Isn't it amazing what TV and a whole bucket load of hype can do. This guy would not get a part in an amateur production of Gilbert & Sullivan!Of course it's all a question of "the kings new clothes",if we criticise him we don't have a heart/cannot hear how well he sings, or just don't appreciate talent.(Where is it?) Well, Mr Potts sings off key(often)and when he finds the key he continues by singing flat. Make the best of it Mr Potts because the fickle world of "popular" music will soon tire of you,and when they do they will tear you to pieces, as they discover the fabrication that has been passed off as talent. Talent cannot be invented,as has Paul Potts,it comes naturally;and this voice is decidely unatural. Rating:  - Another chance to buy the originalThis Christmas edition is a more cost effective way to buy the debut album by Paul Potts for it's now a 2CD version, disc one being the original and disc 2 gives four nice festive songs. My views on Paul Potts remain unchanged since his original release, in that I still think he is a walking, singing example of how talent shows are so successful at both finding undiscovered talent and stirring the public into voicing their opinions and emotions so strongly towards that newly uncovered talent. Opinions are generally divided between those who are able to take the singer for what he is (an ordinary guy with a natural gift for singing) and those who are grieved that his lack of operatic training has not hindered him ... Read More: Rating: - judge not by what you see but what you "hear"...this has to be one of the most wonderful "voices" to come along in a very long time.. Mr. Potts has a voice that has touched us all.. I cried , along with thousands of others when hearing him sing for the first time... He has reached the soul of music... Bravo Bravo...... I have his album and listen to it each day. I only hope that success doesnt spoil the wonderful girft he has been given... 5 stars from me... Rating:  - A plea for good behaviourThis is an appeal to avoid a repeat of the squabbling that marred the reviews of Paul's "One Chance" when it was first announced. Reviews were being posted by people who had not heard the product. Hearing of a cd is not the same as hearing it! Disgraceful allegations were made about Simon and others that had nothing to do with the product. Amazon provides a facility for running open discussions with only loose links to the product on sale. I started a debate based loosely on the first presentation of "One Chance", and hardly anybody used it. My opening contribution may have been poor, but the opportunity was there to tell me that!
