For Lizzy fans it is an interesting insight into some of the driving forces of the sadly missed Phil Lynott, both musically and socially. Much of the conversation is taken from the Tommy Vance Friday Rock Show tribute at the time of Phil's death. For aging Lizzy dedicates it reminds us of the good times brought by the music, and some superb covers by Dizzy Lizzy remind us of the power and pomp of truly great rock music. An aging orphan finding again the family Lizzy.

Joyful recording of a very under-rated opera, with crystal clear acoustics. The Philharmonia Orchestra is outstanding and the CD is worth buying just to listen to the overture. If I am being very picky then I have to say that the singing is a little uneven in parts; for my tastes Ninetta sometimes too dramatic; Giannetto too down beat. But nevertheless a 2-disc set I am very glad to own.
