A fairly decent selection of tunes, most of the big dance tunes. However, as the title is "in the mix" I was a bit bemused by the awful mixing!! Seriously, a 5 yr old could've done a better job

Although the album has been compiled a sufficient enough amount of time after the season's peak as to include such anthems as 'the one's - flawless', 'jean-jacques smoothie - 2 people' and the very balearic 'silicone soul - right on', it's not exactly a true reflection of what was big on the 'white isle' this year. The predictable inclusion of roger sanchez' 'another chance' and 'romeo' by basement jaxx, will please the masses, but daft punk's 'one more time, eddie grant's 'electric avenue', salsoul nugget, chocolate puma 'i wanna be you', and safri duo 'played alive', all have no place on a compilation of the hits in ibiza this summer! Worse than this, genuine ibiza anthems such as supermen lovers 'starlight' and agent sumo '24 hours' are missing. ... Read More:

This is generally a nice compilation, not very obvious when you listen to the tracks for the first time, but as usually happens with this kind of music, it gets into your head and you get to like it in the end.

There are some filler tracks of course(we can't do without them!) but mainly good and very familiar melodies!

Just be a bit careful when you buy this because you might have half of the songs on singles or on other compilation CDs.
