wow! an album with some of the best tune from the past 10 years, now that's what i call heaven. this album has (almost) everything i could want. BBE 7 days and 1 week, (do you know how hard i've been looking to find that tune?) what more could a girl ask for? well this cd has spiller's groovejet, and even (wait for it!) the vengaboys, oh how that brings back memories of year 7/8/9 school discos. it also has alice deejay (1999 mop fair-the megadance-blissful memories) better still there is brainbug(which made my brain itch) and ferry corsten(who is a god) with punk, ayla with ayla (oh i do love that song). i could talk forever about how great this album is and how great it sounds but i don't have the time. If you've been a proper trance fan for a while you will definitely admit this is a good tracklist for an album bar the odd few commercial tunes, it does cover a lot that other albums missed. However it misses the whole key point. The tracks aren't mixed, just a collection of radio edits stuck together, which really do ruin what could have been a great compilation.

I am a big fan of dance music and in particular trance music. Recently, Trance music has been in a slump and not many good solid compilations have been released without you wanting to skip a few cheesy songs on the way. This album, although just under 2 years old now, is a fantastic compilation album which digs deep to the roots of true trance music and I didn't skip a single song on this album.
The only thing I had a concern with was the first song on the first disk. Ferry Corsten-Rock your body, rock....just doesn't seem to fit in with the rest of the album...and this is also true with Flash-Queen & Vanguard. Why the producer of this album decided to stick these on is beside me. The other thing which stops this album getting the otherwise ... Read More:

This album ain't as bad as the previous reviewer suggests. Value for money wise, I'd say at £16 it's slightly over priced. Disc 2 for some reason is alot better than disc 1 but overall it's a good listen on a long journey particularly as all the tracks are quite well mixed together.

One of the best soundtracks I've ever heard. Some of the original pieces, for example "Drive to the boatyard", are just incredible, and worth the purchase on their own. Then you've got Duran Duran and The Cure, without mentioning FC Kahuna's beautiful chillout tune. As another reviewer mentioned, this album brings together a lot of seemingly disparate tunes, yet it is coherent and approachable. An easy five stars.

Great album as it was likely to be but how the hell did atomic kitten get on there? If Robbie Williams is on then Oasis should be on as these two are the ONLY 'legendary' things to come out of britain in the last 10 years!
Apart from this 'niggle' everything else about the album is great but then again, the songs are taken from albums which most true brit will own anyway so I'll give it 5 stars but not really good value for money. P.S STILL can't believe Atomic Kitten is on and Oasis isn't!!
