So this is no longer the re-harsh of the re-hash, this is top-notch, pukka Motorhead for your hard-earned dosh-ola. On this one, CD1 has the original album, no point in messing around with it if it ain't broke is there, so there it is, as was, as is. CD2 starts off with those rare and missing B-sides with 'On The Road' and 'Steal Your Face,' both Live from the band's 10th Anniversary show. They only made four albums, this being their swansong. Their harmonies, great songwriting, heavy guitar work and sense of humour make them one of my all-time favorites. Nearly every song on "Lulu" is good, a rarity these days. "Across The Universe" is also an excellent record. |
