OK as others have said Keith Moon isn't the world's greatest singer. He is however possibly the world's greatest drummer!! This album is a genuine solo album, in other words it is Keith Moon, and some of his mates, recording material that Keith liked, using their undeniable talents whilst having their collective tongues in their collective cheeks. No Keith isn't a great singer, but he was KEITH MOON and this album is all about him being himself. It is a lot of fun and well worth the asking price of just a few quid. Don't take my word, or the word of the others here, give it a listen yourself and make your own mind up! As with any other group,the who decided to release solo albums.Although releasing his solo album last,i dont think there was a public who were ready for "moon the loon"s courageous and quite honestly miss understood attack on a solo career. In 1974,keith was doing well being the worlds greatest drummer with the worlds greatest rock band,and in the year when the who released their movie version of "tommy",it not only gave keith one of his many acting roles of his madcap but short lived life,he also got a singing role! So much so,he done a whole album,with many big names of showbiz,including ringo starr.But even that said ,it didnt make the album any more bearable on the ears.
