Superb album, better than the 1st and that was damn good too. after reading previous reviews slagging this album for being outdated, well thats what this album is all about, it caters for those old enough to remember and appreciate the best days in trance history REGARDLESS of whether you the buying public own any of the separate tunes on this album, previous trance albums released by other trance labels have put a few dozen decent tunes on their albums and then the rest have been crappy, unlike this album where each and every tune is superb. basically its ALL the BEST tunes on one album, making it the best trance compilation album released to date. (in my opinion!)

Acknowledging all the other reviews that reinforce the point of this being a classic revisit of some of the last 10 years' biggest tunes, I really want to outline that Ministry of Sound ownership also represents possibly the biggest thorn in Euphoria's side.
If we take a look at the first Euphoria albums, we can see some real honesty and new ground there. Seldom-heard-of-on-mix-compilations talent like PF Project, Matt Darey, Agnelli&Nelson and Jay Burnett, these guys were given a task to put together an album that said what they wanted to say. The Euphoria album cover would proudly proclaim who had mixed it (and even how - some albums were "digitally mixed" i.e. on a computer rather than by all-hands-on-decks) and each album had ... Can anyone confirm what the difference is between...
"Dave Pearce Dance Anthems"
"Dave Pearce Classic Anthems"
"Dave Pearce Classics"
"Dave Pearce Anthems 2008"
"Trance Classics: By Dave Pearce" ?
Same old albums with the same old songs. And even if you're a new dance fan, how can anyone complain that such criticism is un-justified? Theirs been that many 3-CD collections released over the past 3 years that you'd only need 2 albums to make a descent collection of the usual 1999 trance hits. It's tempting to think Dave is working for Ministry now!
As I've said before and I'll say again, just buy the original albums for the full experience. Mixing a 1996 acid-tripping song ... Read More:

After recently moving house i stumbled my old CD collection, and tunes from my single days. I simply felt compelled to write a review about this perfect CD.
I bought this CD during my last 'lads holiday' in Zante 2001. When i play this CD it takes me back to those hot nights, about 5am in the morning after 'living it large' and enjoying every minute of the best days of my life. Drifting into a relaxed state of tranquility as i play this CD in the darkness of the hot apartment, i take a deep breath in and out as i close my eyes and smile at the night's madness.
At the time the CD took great trance tunes that were hitting the clubs: Cafe Del Mar, Deadline, Seven Days and One Week, Silence, etc. and just presented a chilled out flavor of ... Read More:

It's been a while since this was 1st released but still it holds the title as the best dance / trance album in my opinion. Matt Darey has done the business with this album. There isn't 1 track on there that you won't want to listen to over and over. Haven't found another similar album that comes close yet. I really do recommend this one!
