Wow, they've actually made an album worth listening to in the car. With a great variety of dance tracks, there must be something for everyone on this album, with the exception of Boogie Pimps - Somebody to Love.
Disc 1 is one brilliant, really summer sounds, all from a couple of years ago. Its got Firestarter - Prodigy on it, perfect for Road rage in my opinion.
Disc 2 is also pretty good, with a few newer song on it, the excellent ATB tract (9pm) till i come.
This is a must for all dance fans as well as drivers looking for a descent CD with out forwarding a load of tracks to get to a decent song.

Like the below reviews, when I first got this CD I was disapointed. Anthems Of Trance suggests a good couple of hours of hard basslines, euphoric basslines and quality mixing. So when the CD belted out some dancey classics that verged on the edge of trance I was a little disapointed.

However, when listening to this CD you will find so many forgotten songs that you will have grown up with if you were a 90's/ early 00's teen.

Classic anthems such as Rank 1 - Airwave, Firewire and The Theme by Jurgen Vries, ensure this CD is a short education on the recent history of the mainstream side of progressive electronic music.

Sorry, but I just had to write a review for this one. I’m so incensed by the title ‘Ultimate Hard House Collection – Hard House Classics’.
I don't know how this can claim to be the ultimate hard house classics album!? It has at most about four tunes on it that any hard house fan would consider 'classic'. The rest is a mish-mash of average commercial house and trance.
If you are looking for genuine hard house classics, then look for any of the 'Trade' albums on Feverpitch or Trade Records. Especially 'Trade vol 1' and 'vol 3' by Tony de Vit. Reactivate vol 9 & 10 on React Records and Tidy Trax & Tripoli Trax compilations. Also anything on Tinrib Records. These ... Read More:

I really liked this compilation, Its quite different to the other hard or extreme euphoria's, cd1 has the new tracks, I especially like 20,000 hardcore members, cd 2 is fun and bouncy, I love real freaks on this. Cd 3 shows the 1st for an euphoria cd, as its introduces hardstyle and bootlegs, which works really well, its a mental mix and probably the best cd of the lot, definately worth a listen!

I was worried about this Cd, thought it would be another tacky commercial Ministry of Sound (Which they slap on any old cd nowadays) Cd however i was really surprised.

If you want some uplifting dance music 2 get a party going, then this is perfect. Cd two and three are alrite, but Cd one, tht contains great tunes, and ther all relly well mixed together.

Seriously, Cd One is one of the best ever house mixes i have ever heard, they are no crappy tunes half way thro, it is anthem after anthem after anthem. Wot a great way to kick it all off with Opertation Blade, and track 5, the heavily under rate How'd you like Bass.

Disc 1 of this doube-CD set is more RnB/Hip-Hop inspired, whereas disc 2 is more HARD house.
Now, I like my deep bass, and this album doesn't fail to deliver.
In my opinion, you can save yourself an hour of your life, and throw disc 1 away. Disc 2 deserves a permanent place in your multi-changer in your car.
I would give this album 5 stars, but disc 1 brings the overall score down. :(
