A fantastic blend of punk and country, complemented by the deep, Kristofferson-esque voice of the lead, the guitar chords crash through the record with little subtlety, but great tuneful vitality and enthusiasm. Some will argue that there is little development or variety on the album, but for quality summertime music, I have not found much better than this. It also has unquestionably the greatest version of Ghostriders in the Sky recorded to date.

Reading the Amazon review what on earth do they mean "pales into comparison to the bands they inspired???!!".
Well let me make a very important CORRECTION! Which came first, the chicken or the egg??, eh? Are we talking about Nirvana, Mudhoney, STPs or any of the other plagiarists who heard greatness(Meat Puppets) and tried miserably to take it on. Lets get one thing straight, Nirvana are a one trick pony who were a media/NME creation that sadly lacked the depth in imagination or sonics of the Mighty Meats.
