Release Date November 04, 1993
The first full-length album from Axxxx Cxxxx presents a whopping 58 tracks of ridiculously OTT grindcore, with over half of the album being pure noise, while slower doom riffs and comedy interjections occasionally intrude.
In terms of sheer extremity this is great stuff, but it's also very repetitious, and with a running time of almost an hour can become a little wearying at times, while the humour is rather juevenille.
The band have produced more interesting and better records than this, but as a statement of intent 'Everyone Should Be Killed' is a fearsome record to burst your neighbours eardrums with.

Not many shows get two original cast recordings. The first one (1991) was off-Broadway. Now the 2004 cast recording has been released.
Comparisons are inevitable. They are different - buy both!
The new recording has more tracks: dialogue scenes; new song - "Something Just Broke" - written for London (where I live. And the CD arrived on release day!)
The first reaction is how much more immediate the new recording is. Songs start with dialogue leading brilliantly into songs. "How I Saved Roosevelt" is wonderfully clear. In performance it can seem chaotic - not here.
In "The Gun Song", the sound of Guiteau's gun seems odd - probably because it is authentic and unexpected. I prefer the way 'tune' is pronounced. ... Read More:
