The TV series was enjoyable, even if I did want to hit a few of those kids occasionally. You would expect the music from a series that involves teaching rock music to be exactly perfect. Well, it almost is.

I would have thought that a show hosted by one of the key members of Kiss (Gene Simmons) would contain a Kiss song. They played 'God gave rock and roll to you' several times during the series and yet it's not on there. It would have been quite good to have the song that the class finally played at the Motorhead gig to be on the CD too, but that's not an essential. I would have liked it if The Darkness weren't on there, as well.

This is crap. I don't think it includes original versions of the songs as would have been played on a jukebox. They appear to be alternative versions. Beware.
