The strings are thin and coughing from the audience detracts from what was a wonderful performance by artiste & ensemble. One may even detect the scene shifters at their work. Come, all you who think you can sing. Listen to THE master of the vocal art. This is a great collection of most of the US hits of Jackie Wilson. Superbly remastered, superbly sung - BUY IT! You will need other CDs once you hear Jackie's un-real pipes, but this CD from Brunswick is a great start. Many of his greatest performances are tucked away on albums - GO SEEK! But as a starter this is a beauty of a CD with excellent liner notes.
