Nice album from John Kongos features his two UK smash hits in the early 70s Tokoloshe Man and Hes Going to step on you again both songs being of a up tempo nature featuring heavy jungle drums screaching saxs and guitars all in all great stuff,trust me if you were listening to music in the early seventies and you heard these songs today you will remember them,rest of the album is made up of more ballad type material nice and different.
Alan Lancaster ex bass player from Status Quo does a mean version of Hes going to step on you again; on his solo album Life After Quo rest of his album is really good as well.Rock on;
