Its no good approaching this set expecting to hear anything other than what it says or if you don't like country music.
There was no such thing as Rockabilly until 1958 when it was defined by Tin Pan Alley for a Guy Mitchell song.
None of these country artists would ever have imagined that the records they made would become collectors items in the future and many never thought of themselves as other than country singers.
My friend Ginny Wright who was a star in the early 50s never thought of her self as doing rockabilly even though her singing partner Tom Tall is known for a few records defined as such.
