Many of the better tracks only seem to be available on this CD. Standout tracks include 'I'd Rather Go Blind', "Down So Low', "God's Song" 'Let's Burn Down The Cornfield', ' Out on The Street Again' and many more. I'd recommend this set to anyone wanting the Chess material, but do remember she also did great stuff on several albums for Island, and now has her own label. But this set contains many of the classics, and is very listenable. It's worth it. |
