. Shine Like It Does: The Anthology (1979-1997)Search: Wasted by: INXS Release Date June 05, 2001 This album is more than the usual best of..album. It is what it states - an anthology. There are some remixes, along with the very early inxs stuff like 'Simple Simon' and 'We are the vegetables'. There are also the mainstream classics such as 'Need you tonight' and 'Suicide Blonde' but all the old gems are there as well, like 'Don't change' and 'Kiss the dirt'..Only shame is 'By my side' from the X album is not featured, but this is forgiven with the little booklet supplied in the box set. This is a brief biog of the band, followed by a track by track comentary from Andrew Farriss, co-writer of the majority of the songs. This perfectly captures what inxs were all about - good music - PLAY IT LOUD !!!!!!! |
