I would very much agree with A Customer's extremely informative comments, concerning this item. Mine was similarly a bafflingly inexpensive copy, so i don't mind keeping it as another box-set "trophy". However, this is hardly a thorough retrospective of Tangerine Dream's Virgin recordings.

The upside is that it's a very attractive package. The overwhelming downside is that the set draws very little from the truly key TD albums from the Virgin era. A +/- five-minute extract from the title track plus "Mysterious Semblance......" from "Phaedra". The excellent "Rubycon" fares a little better, with the two extracts representing about half the album. (Bizarrely, my copy of this box-set features the same "Rubycon part 2" extract twice.) ...
