Ive been a fan of Hed Kandi for a few years now, and this combines a great mixture of tracks. Its nice to hear some old and new tracks, even the older tracks have been remixed to give them a new edge. Its well mixed and well compiled. I would recommend buying this as it is a true classic compilation with a bit of everything. Its one of my favourite Hed Kandi CD's and it goes down a storm when you've been partying all night!!

... a return to form for Hed Kandi... I don't know who is responsible for the A&R and mixing of this product but the quality has definitely been ramped up over recent Kandi releases. As another reviewer mentioned, this album doesn't take itself too seriously, and I think that's where HK have lost the plot recently. This is a fun, bright outlook on the world of current funky house which reminds me slightly of the Mark Doyle era, but evolved into perhaps something better.
If you've been disappointed with recent releases or are completely new to the Hed Kandi/funky house scene, then this is definitely worth your attention!

This is a fantastic electro house album, brought to us by Mark Doyle (the former HEDKANDI genius). This is one of my personal favourites from the HED Kandi selection; funky, original and uplifting!

OK - not quite as strong as the 2004 and 2005 Summer Samplers, this mix still has some pretty banging tracks. Standouts are Speechless, a groovy jazzy offering from Mish Mash, and Say You Will, a thumping, "Sweet Dreams" sampling floor-filler from Green Velvet.
This has inspired me to load up the rest of the Hed Kandi stuff onto the iPhonePod thing for Summer ...

Waiting for the Amazon package to fall through the door at about 10am this morning and here we are. Hed Kandi World Series Paris. After the successful and floorless Nu Cool album last month does this new cd from Hed kandi match up to my expectations of a World Series Cd. Yes it does!!
CD1 starts with The Brand New Heavies "what do you take me for" followed by Kings of Tomorrow's " 6pm". Both good tracks but for me the next track is my favourite on this Cd. Funkerman's " The one" which is a quite electronic and dark song but the bassline makes it a great warm up track for some of the songs to come on CD2.
You've then got good tracks from artists Anthony acid, Hott22, Melba Moore and the great track "What else is ... Read More:
