Hmm...this is album is a good album, but after their amazing debut I was expecting a lot from this album, which left me feeling a little disappointed. But after a couple more listens, I realised that while not on a par with "Koolmotor", this is a great album. Once again there is the lush production from Fat Jon, as showcased on the instrumental tracks such as, "The Ocean". Throw back anthem "B GIRL" is my personal fave, the crew drops some sweet lines over bouncy up-tempo beat, guaranteed to get anyone up on their feet dancing. So if you like good hip-hop or bought "Koolmotor" but heard mixed reviews regarding "Kinkynasti", it really is a good album, definitely worth your money and your time.

I'm a big fan of seamless compilations. They always seem to come out smelling of roses. They keep their compilations honest to what good music is, and always stay clear of mass market junk. When I first saw the cover of this album, It made me and a number of friends reluctant to buy it, as it didn't have the usual seamless panache, and looked odd....but WOW, when I played this the first time, I was so glad I spent the money....it's AMAZING. In fact I played CD1 3 times in a row, and I'm never one to loop CD's. This album is packed back to back with top vocal house, but what more would you expect from Bobby & Steve, and top Diva Rosie Gaines.Its pure uplifting vocal house at its best.
