If you're already a fan of christina aguilera's voice then I expect you'll like this christmas cd a lot - it's packed with all her usual vocal gymnastics and drama and has a gospel/soul sound.I am someone who took some time to like her singing on the album Stripped but there's no doubt that at her best she is one of the best.The songs she sings well on this christmas cd are the ones she sings quietest - there are too many songs that she sings too wildly and too elaborately and not just in the context of christmas,I think this would apply to whatever time of year she was singing like that.For the unitiated I would recommend buying her first cd called Christina Aguilera and you will get a much better idea of how well she can sing and of the variety ...
