I wasn't expecting this to be any good, and after studying it at school decided to buy it for a bit of a joke.

This was a hundred times worse than I could have imagined, cringeworthy and veering entirely away from the character of Heathcliff, instead it was something of an egotistical adventure for an ageing Cliff, in which the songs were appalling, weren't catchy and just didn't make sense!

I was paralysed with laughter for the duration of this and for anyone who has any love for Wuthering Heights- avoid it at all costs.

Highlights include the jungle tribe that Heathcliff 'trades' with, and the brooding scenes of Cliff on the moors.

Rubbish.

This video features almost all the musical numbers I remember from the shows - the only one I find missing is the sketch with Andre Previn. I can watch it over and over again and find that the whole family enjoys it. Since a lot of the humour is visual even my relatives who have no idea who the guests are and whose mother tongue isn't english can enjoy it as well.
It is almost entirely made up of one after another of the musical numbers with just a few connecting speaking bits in between.

Great video!!

Cliff Richard-Story So Far [1993]

I ordered this video from ps1plus on Amazon. The transaction was dealt with very effeciently and promptly. The video is terrific. I think it is maybe one of the best I have seen. Very informative and very candid. Cliff was asked lots of probing questions and each one was answered without hesitation.
Even though this was made in 1993 and did deal with a lot of Cliff stuff we know already, I just felt it gave such a different insight to any others I have seen. Highly recommended.
